What to expect

With our Let’s cook… classes you’ll learn how to adapt your everyday baking to suit your lifestyle, whether that’s for a dietary need, to focus on healthy eating or to simply expand your knowledge and understanding of different foods and cooking methods.

In this class, our aim is to get you as excited as we are about flavour combinations and cooking techniques that use fruits, veg, nuts, pulses, herbs and spices in new ways. Whether that’s adding zingy Asian flavours to humble veg, creating creamy sauces with nuts and pulses or showstopper desserts with gorgeous fruits and sticky syrups, these are dishes everyone will want to make again at home.

Please note, the exact dishes may change throughout the year, however we can guarantee they will all be delicious!
