Ingredients
- 50ml raspberry liqueur
- 1 tbsp ginger syrup (from a jar of stem ginger)
- Ice cubes (or crushed ice)
- 100ml Prosecco (or other sparkling wine)
- A few raspberries, to serve
Cooking instructions
- Add the raspberry liqueur, ginger syrup and ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 20-30 seconds.
- Grab your martini glass and strain in the liquid.
- Top up with Prosecco and garnish with raspberries.
Chef's tip
For an extra raspberry hit, you can always muddle (mash) a few fresh raspberries with the raspberry liqueur before shaking and straining. This will make it even pinker in colour as well!
Make it vegan
Double check your liqueur and sparkling wine before using to make sure that these are suitable for vegans.
