Ingredients
- 30g flat leaf parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, grated or crushed
- Zest and juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Cooking instructions
- Roughly chop the parsley then add to a bowl with the remaining ingredients, stir to combine.
- Spoon over cooked meats, fish or vegetables to serve.
Chef’s tip: Mix through some toasted breadcrumbs for extra crunch and flavour. This is particularly good over stews and casseroles.
