There's a reason that bulgogi is one of the most popular Korean-style dishes around the world! What to expect

Learn, laugh and enjoy a delicious dinner (and a glass of wine!) with our evening masterclasses. You’ll be spending the whole evening with us at the Academy, but it will only take 90 minutes to master a new recipe and pick up some essential skills. Then sit down, relax and tuck in… cheers!

Taking inspiration from the traditional Korean dish, our beef bulgogi cooking class is the perfect way to dip into the spicy, salty, savoury flavours of Korea, while learning a brilliant new dinner dish. The beef steak is marinated in an unusual mixture including fruit, such as kiwi, apple or pineapple, which helps to tenderise the meat. When cooked, the meat is super-succulent and ready for serving with fluffy steamed rice, spicy pickles or whatever you like!
