What to expect

Learn, laugh and enjoy a delicious dinner (and a glass of wine!) with our evening masterclasses. You’ll be spending the whole evening with us at the Academy, but it will only take 90 minutes to master a new recipe and pick up some essential skills. Then sit down, relax and tuck in… cheers!

Lime, chilli, ginger, soy, palm sugar, coconut... these rich, aromatic flavours are the key to an incredible sweet-and-sour noodle curry. Get the balance just right with this laksa cooking class, as you take a culinary trip to Malaysia and learn how to make this rich, yet fresh, dish.

You'll join our Academy chef for 90 minutes in the kitchen to prepare your spice paste, chop and fry the veg base, learn some seafood skills with preparing prawns (or similar protein), then bring everything together with a quick-cook broth and your noodles. Add some fresh and crunchy garnishes and toppings, and you'll be ready to sit down with a well-deserved cold drink and enjoy your dinner!
