What to expect

No time to bake? Think again. With our speedy Bake nights you can master a specific skill or bake in no time. In each short evening class, we’ll get you hands-on and baking as quickly as possible, watching and following our chef teachers as they guide you through core techniques and recipes.

There’s nothing quite like freshly baked bread but we don’t always have time for hours of proving or slow rises. Say hello to quick breads! In this short evening baking class we’ll show you how you can grab a bowl, mix up a few ingredients and have tasty bread on the table ready for dinner. We’ll help you bake several different loaves ready to take home with you at the end of the class.
