Learn how to make a picture-perfect platter this Christmas with our fun demonstration evening. You can sit back with a festive tipple whilst our food photographers and stylists Ella and Milly talk you through how to create the most beautiful cheese and charcuterie board.

What to expect

If you've ever wondered how to make your food look as if it's just popped out of a magazine spread, then our Shoot and style classes and demonstrations are for you. A fun introduction to the world of food styling and food photography, our experts will be giving you plenty of easy-to-follow tips and tricks for making your dishes picture-perfect at home.

No Christmas drinks, Boxing Day buffet or New Year's Eve party would be complete without a cheese plate or meat platter, so why not make these the centre-piece for your celebration? 

Join our stylists and photographers Ella and Milly for a festive demonstration where they will show you just how easy it is to turn a pile of simple ingredients into beautiful, colourful platters and grazing tables that will be the talking point of any party. 

There'll also be plenty of tips on how to style your boards so they look great on camera with advice on getting that perfect shot.

Class details

Class starts: 6.30pm, arrive anytime from 6pm to check in at reception

Class finishes: 8pm, stay and chat to fellow guests or pop down to Street Burger for dinner

Class size: Maximum 24 guests
