What to expect

With our Taste of… classes we want to get you excited about some of the amazing food that’s being cooked all around the world. There’s so much to learn and discover when it comes to regional cuisines, from new flavours to age-old traditions, this is just the starting point for many more kitchen adventures to come.

Indian cooking really heroes vegetables, pulses, grains and plant-based ingredients so is perfect when thinking about vegetarian and vegan cooking. In this cooking class we’ll explore both diets and show you recipes that can easily be adapted to create an incredible feast, from hearty vegetable curries to lentil stews and crispy snacks and sides.

There’ll be plenty to enjoy in class for lunch and you’ll leave with lots of inspiration to keep cooking in your own kitchens.
