No-cook satay sauce
This super quick, no-cook satay sauce recipe is so easy to throw together and goes wonderfully with grilled chicken skewers, tofu, vegetables, noodles, or even as a dipping sauce for spring rolls! Make it your own by adjusting the seasoning to taste. You can add more soy sauce, lime juice, or chilli flakes if you like an extra kick!

Gluten-free
Ingredients
- 200g peanut butter
- 50g coconut milk
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (Tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional)
To serve:
- Sesame seeds
- Crispy shallots
- Spring onion, sliced
- Roasted peanuts, crushed
Cooking instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Give the sauce a taste and adjust the seasoning to your desired taste. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little water to loosen it down.
