Inspired by the sweet, salty, sour and spicy flavours of Southeast Asian cuisine, this street food classic is quick and easy to prepare once you know how, so come along, grab a wok, and let’s get cooking.

Packed full of flavour, vibrant ingredients and steeped in history, there is so much to learn when it comes to Italian cooking. Of course there's pasta, so our chefs will be taking you through the essentials of perfect pasta while making the most of wonderful Mediterranean produce and indulging in a decadent dessert.
