What to expect

Our Christmas cooking classes are not only the perfect opportunity to have some festive fun in the kitchen with friends and loved ones, but will also set you up with essential recipes and new ideas to make this Christmas the most delicious one yet.

Macarons make the most perfect edible gifts or stunning afternoon tea bake, and you can learn how to make your own so you never have to buy them again! Our chefs will help you learn all the tips and tricks you need to master these delicate bakes, from getting the mixture just the right consistency, piping equal rounds, setting and baking to get that crispy-yet-chewy texture and some great festive flavour combinations to fill and decorate.

You'll end the class with a box load of your own macarons to take home (that's at least a few Christmas presents sorted), along with your recipes, new skills and plenty of inspiration. We think it's a great way to spend an evening!
