What to expect

No time to bake? Think again. With our speedy Bake nights you can master a specific skill or bake in no time. In each short evening class, we’ll get you hands-on and baking as quickly as possible, watching and following our chef teachers as they guide you through core techniques and recipes.

Macarons make the most perfect edible gifts or stunning afternoon tea bake, and you can learn how to make your own so you never have to buy them again! Our chefs will help you learn all the tips and tricks you need to master these delicate bakes, from getting the mixture just the right consistency, piping equal rounds, setting and baking to get that crispy-yet-chewy texture and some great flavour combinations to fill and decorate.

You'll end the class with a box load of your own macarons to take home, along with your recipes, new skills and plenty of inspiration. We think it's a great way to spend an evening!
