What to expect

Our Masterclasses are the perfect opportunity for you to master one particular dish or skill, all within a relaxed 3-hour class.

You’ll start with refreshments and an introduction to bao from our chefs, then will get hands-on mixing up and kneading your bun dough. While that’s proving, it’ll be time to focus on fillings, pickles and sauces – you choose, meat or veg – ready to shape and steam as classic folded bao and stuffed buns for a feast with your classmates.

We’ll make sure you’ve got all the kit and ingredients you need, and we’ll even take care of the washing up. Afterwards you’ll take home your recipe packs, plus leftovers… if there are any!
