What to expect

Our Christmas cooking classes are designed to help you prepare for the festive season, providing you with plenty of tips and tricks from our chefs to take the stress out of those essential dishes, plus opportunities to get ahead with recipes and some new ideas to shake things up.

During this half-day class, you’ll follow our chefs in making several treats and preserves to be bagged and bottled up ready for Christmas. Going beyond chutneys, you’ll learn how to get maximum flavour and create unique foodie gifts that will make really special Christmas presents.
