Cocktail cakes

Cocktails or cakes? Why choose when you can have both! Join us for a boozy baking class that will combine your favourite drinks, such as minty mojitos or caffeine-fuelled espresso martinis, in gorgeous bakes that will become favourite, show-stopping, crowd-pleasing treats at home.

What to expect

Our Gordon Ramsay Baking classes are here to help take away any fears or worries when it comes to baking. Our chefs have plenty of tips and tricks to help you grow confident in every aspect of baking, whether that’s getting the perfect rise, kneading dough or adding those professional finishing touches.

We think we might have created the perfect activity with friends... baking, booze and boxes of cakes to take home. Not only will you have a lot of fun learning some new baking tricks, but you’ll also experiment with combining strong, boozy flavours into delicate cakes that will definitely impress.

From whisking up a feather-light sponge to rolling a roulade, you’ll leave confident in your baking skills and ready to raise a glass to more cocktail-inspired cakes.
