Cook together: Easter

An adult and child ticket all-in-one! This Easter, join us at the Academy with your keen young chefs and bakers, to rustle up some tasty seasonal treats. Baking your own hot cross buns is great fun to do together, and we'll make sure you go home with something savoury, too - lamb sausage rolls anyone?! The perfect addition to your Easter weekend.

What to expect

We think cooking together is the best way to learn, supporting your young cooks and bakers as you both try out new skills and recipes with our chefs. In our Cook together classes, each booking includes a place for an adult and child in a small class where you’ll get hands-on, creating delicious treats to take home and learning techniques you can practise together, too.

Hot cross buns are even more delicious when you make your own, so work together as a pair to mix, knead and shape your own buns ready for the all-important cross on top! Our recipe is packed with fruit and gently spiced for a real family-friendly treat that you can enjoy, fresh from the oven!

Sausage rolls are always a family favourite, so we've given them an Easter twist with a spiced lamb filling and sweet pepper dip to go with them. Perfect spring snacks if it's rain or shine.
