What to expect

Our Christmas cooking classes are not only the perfect opportunity to have some festive fun in the kitchen with friends and loved ones, but will also set you up with essential recipes and new ideas to make this Christmas the most delicious one yet.

Join our chefs in the kitchen to master this rich, spicy marinade and sauce, and you'll be set up for delicious curry dinners throughout the year - try it with your leftover turkey on Boxing Day or a new meat-free dinner in the new year with tofu.

We'll be cooking our curries on the night with turkey and adding a jewelled pilau rice and spiced-fried sprouts to complete this festive dinner. Sit down with your fellow cooks and enjoy your efforts with a glass of wine to toast the season.
