Discover just how much more delicious – and how easy – homemade gnocchi are with our fun evening cooking class. Spend just 90 minutes with us knocking up your own dinner of fluffy dumplings to serve with a tangy salsa verde, then head home knowing you can make your own gnocchi whenever you like.

What to expect

Learn, laugh and enjoy a delicious dinner (and a glass of wine!) with our evening masterclasses. You’ll be spending the whole evening with us at the Academy, but it will only take 90 minutes to master a new recipe and pick up some essential skills. Then sit down, relax and tuck in… cheers!

Getting hands-on mixing and shaping the potato gnocchi dough is great fun – our chefs will guide you through every step and teach you a classic seasonal sauce to go alongside. With these building blocks you’ll be able to get creative at home with your own favourite flavours.

The best bits? No washing up, a delicious dinner you can enjoy in class or take home with you, and fool-proof recipes to refer back to time and time again.

Class details

Class starts: 6.30pm, arrive anytime from 6pm to check in at reception

Class finishes: 8pm, stay to dine with your class or take home the dishes you’ve made

Class size: Maximum 12 guests, some elements may require working in pairs with a classmate, don’t worry if you’ve come alone – it’s a great way to meet new people and have a laugh

  • How to make gnocchi
  • Shaping and cooking
  • Simple sauce, such as salsa verde with buttered mushrooms
