What to expect

Learn, laugh and enjoy a delicious dinner (and a glass of wine!) with our evening masterclasses. You’ll be spending the whole evening with us at the Academy, but it will only take 90 minutes to master a new recipe and pick up some essential skills. Then sit down, relax and tuck in… cheers!

Join our chefs in the kitchen for a 90-minute Japanese-style cooking class and learn what makes a katsu curry so unique. While cooking your sauce, you’ll also fry your chicken and steam your rice ready to serve up – we’d love you to stay and eat with us in class, or you can pop it all in a box, along with your recipes, for your own homemade takeaway.
