Dinner in 90: Pad Thai

There's no need for a takeaway when you master our pad Thai recipe in our 90-minute evening cooking class. Inspired by the sweet, salty, sour and spicy flavours of Southeast Asian cuisine, this street food classic is quick and easy to prepare once you know how, so come along, grab a wok, and let’s get cooking.

What to expect

Learn, laugh and enjoy a delicious dinner (and a glass of wine!) with our evening masterclasses. You’ll be spending the whole evening with us at the Academy, but it will only take 90 minutes to master a new recipe and pick up some essential skills. Then sit down, relax and tuck in… cheers!

Pad Thai is all about good prep and speed – our chefs will show you how to get everything ready then you’re all set for a quick stir-fry to bring your noodles, sauce and toppings together.

You’ll also rustle up a quick spicy salad to serve alongside, or you can take everything home with your recipes to enjoy at your leisure.
