What to expect

Learn, laugh and enjoy a delicious dinner (and a glass of wine!) with our evening masterclasses. You’ll be spending the whole evening with us at the Academy, but it will only take 90 minutes to master a new recipe and pick up some essential skills. Then sit down, relax and tuck in… cheers!

Once mastered, a basic pasta dough is the gateway to so many delicious dinners. In under 2 hours you’ll learn plenty of tips and tricks from our chefs as you get mixing and making traditional pasta. You can enjoy your pasta supper in class or take it away, along with your recipe pack, to have at home.
