What to expect

Learn, laugh and enjoy a delicious dinner (and a glass of wine!) with our evening masterclasses. You’ll be spending the whole evening with us at the Academy, but it will only take 90 minutes to master a new recipe and pick up some essential skills. Then sit down, relax and tuck in… cheers!

Sushi makes such a great snack, lunch or dinner, so why not try making your own? It's just as fun to make as it is to eat, choosing your own colourful fillings and perfecting your rolls and presentation. This makes a great evening out that includes learning some new skills and getting a tasty dinner to enjoy here with your classmates or to take home with you.
