What to expect

This special masterclass is the perfect opportunity for you to master key seasonal dishes, all within a relaxed 3-hour class.

Join us to change up your traditional roast lamb this year as you tackle cooking a stunning half lamb rack instead. Coated in a gorgeous green herb crust, this makes a special feast for two, but once mastered, these cooking skills will help you feed a crowd at home in the future, too.

With lovely spring vegetables on the side, you'll finish off your meal by learning how to make creamy dauphinoise potatoes. A definite crowd-pleaser for any occasion!

An indulgent dessert is an absolute must for Easter, so you'll whip up a seasonal pud to complete your feast. Eat your meal here at the Academy or it'll be perfect to take away with you to enjoy with loved ones for Easter itself at home.
