You don’t have to be a master chocolatier to indulge your chocolate cravings with our ultimate dessert cooking class. You’ll learn some really useful baking skills and master a couple of recipes for luxurious chocolate puddings that will impress at the end of any meal.

What to expect

Our Gordon Ramsay Baking classes are here to help take away any fears or worries when it comes to baking. Our chefs have plenty of tips and tricks to help you grow confident in every aspect of baking, whether that’s getting the perfect rise, kneading dough or adding those professional finishing touches. 

Chocolate can be temperamental at the best of times, but in our fun baking class, our chefs will dispel any myths about cooking with all types of chocolate. You’ll tackle these skills as you cook up several puddings, trying new flavour combinations (how about miso caramel or cardamom and espresso?) and techniques you can easily repeat at home. What's more, lots of these recipes just happen to also be gluten-free, (less flour equals more chocolate!), so this class is a great option for everyone.

If you can resist eating it all in class, you’ll have plenty of puds to take home, ready to share your new-found chocolate inspiration with family and friends. 

Class details

3-hour classes: Starting 9.30am, 11am or 1pm (please check individual booking)

Arrive up to 30 minutes before your class to check in at reception and there’s no rush at the end – you might be too busy eating your delicious dishes!

Class size: Maximum 10-12 guests, some elements may require working in pairs with a classmate, don’t worry if you’ve come alone – it’s a great way to meet new people and have a laugh

Typical recipes and skills (we’ll cook the best available on the day, so we might surprise you!):

  • Flourless chocolate cakes that are just as good for pudding as with a cup of coffee
  • Rich mousses and custards, such as espresso ganache and cardamom chocolate custard
  • Gorgeous, delicate bakes using white chocolate, such as pavlovas and meringues
