Junior chefs (11-15): 'Brunch and Tea' Day

What to expect

Gordon loves getting his children involved in the kitchen, meaning they’ve grown up really excited and inspired by food. Our Junior chef classes are a great opportunity for young cooks to get stuck in and have fun trying out new things.

Your young cooks will spend the day at the Academy, cooking up an absolute storm with our chefs in the kitchen. We have different days and each day has a different theme and cooking activities. They will make their own lunch during the morning session and then have their afternoon creations ready to take home to share with the rest of the family.

This 'Brunch & Tea' day will start with sweet and savoury brunch ideas, including fluffy pancakes and veggie fritters, perfect for them to make at home on the weekend. The afternoon will have a baking focus, with pretty carrot cakes and fruit crumble bars, ready for an afternoon tea treat.
