What to expect

Gordon loves getting his children involved in the kitchen, meaning they’ve grown up really excited and inspired by food. Our Junior chef classes are a great opportunity for young cooks to get stuck in and have fun trying out new things.

This really is the ultimate summer camp for any keen young cooks (aged 11-15) - five days spent at the Academy, cooking up an absolute storm with our chefs in the kitchen.

This one booking includes a week of day classes, each day with a different theme and cooking activities. They will make their own lunch during the morning session and then have their afternoon creations ready to take home to share with the rest of the family.

Here's what's happening each day...

MONDAY: Brunch & Tea (veggie fritters, pancakes, fruit crumble bars and carrot cakes)

TUESDAY: Summer Picnic (sausage rolls, scones, dips and spiced chicken pasties)

WEDNESDAY: Classic Italian (fresh pasta from scratch, sauces, citrus cakes, focaccia and meatballs)

THURSDAY: Taste of Asia (sushi, mango fool, samosas and chicken tikka skewers)

FRIDAY: Bake-Off (pesto swirls, fruit turnovers, mini banana loaves and indulgent chocolate fudge cake)
