What to expect

Gordon loves getting his children involved in the kitchen, meaning they’ve grown up really excited and inspired by food. Our Junior chef classes are a great opportunity for young cooks to get stuck in and have fun trying out new things.

The Easter holidays are the ideal time to inspire keen young bakers to get in the kitchen and get creative with some delicious recipes that they can bring home to share with the whole family. We know there will be chocolate and eggs everywhere, so we're turning these into an epic cookie pie that's just as fun to make as it is to eat.

We'll also get your junior chefs practising their bread-making skills by shaping some spiced bread dough into gorgeous seasonal breads. They'll be so proud when they bring home an intricate plaited Easter wreath bread or glazed Easter twists, along with their Academy bags, recipe packs and Academy pens.
