What to expect

Gordon loves getting his children involved in the kitchen, meaning they’ve grown up really excited and inspired by food. Our Junior chef classes are a great opportunity for young cooks to get stuck in and have fun trying out new things.

Cooking fish can be daunting for many adults, let alone children, but our chefs aim to take away any fear in our fun cooking class. Turning a simple salmon fillet or piece of white fish into a stunning meal will give any teen a real sense of achievement and inspire them to be more adventurous when cooking at home.

The class will include top tips on flavouring fish and how to know when it’s perfectly cooked, plus some great-looking sides that will really make them feel like Michelin-starred chefs – potatoes en papilliote anyone?
