What to expect

Gordon loves getting his children involved in the kitchen, meaning they’ve grown up really excited and inspired by food. Our Junior chef classes are a great opportunity for young cooks to get stuck in and have fun trying out new things.

In this short cookery class we’ll cram a lot in so your young cooks end up with a delicious two-course meal that uses up fresh, seasonal ingredients you might have at home. Learning to be flexible and adapt recipes as you cook is a great skill for any cook to learn and will help with many more meals in the future.

Covering essential knife skills when chopping veg, cooking and baking techniques such as marinating meat or whisking up meringues, all our junior chefs will have fun creating gorgeous dishes they’ll want to cook again at home.
