What to expect

Gordon loves getting his children involved in the kitchen, meaning they’ve grown up really excited and inspired by food. Our Junior chef classes are a great opportunity for young cooks to get stuck in and have fun trying out new things.

Your young cooks aged 11-15 will spend the day at the Academy, cooking up an absolute storm with our chefs in the kitchen.

This extra special class will be assisted by Holly Dixon - Holly started training as a chef in one of Gordon's restaurants when she was a teenager, before pursuing her love of sport with an athletics and running career. She now combines the two - coaching children in sports and sharing her love of cooking when she can!

This day will be full of fun cooking tips and stories from Holly, as well as delicious recipes using some of her favourite ingredients - sweet potatoes and veg, oats, rice and grains, nuts and seeds - that help her when she's training or preparing for a race, but still mean she can enjoy a tasty feast with her friends!
