What to expect

Gordon loves getting his children involved in the kitchen, meaning they’ve grown up really excited and inspired by food. Our Junior chef classes are a great opportunity for young cooks to get stuck in and have fun trying out new things.

This introductory summer camp is perfect for keen young cooks (aged 6-10) - five mornings spent at the Academy, cooking up an absolute storm with our chefs in the kitchen.

This one booking includes a week of morning classes (2.5-3 hours in total), each session with a different theme and cooking activities. They will make their own lunch during the morning, which they can eat together here at the Academy or pack up to take away with you!

Here's what's happening each day...

MONDAY: Brilliant Brunch (sweetcorn fritters and sweet pancakes)

TUESDAY: Summer Picnic (sausage rolls and classic scones)

WEDNESDAY: Easy Italian (homemade pasta and blueberry polenta cakes)

THURSDAY: Taste of Asia (veggie sushi and mango pudding)

FRIDAY: Bake-Off (cheesy swirls and fruit turnovers)
