Lazy brunch: Breakfast burrito

Breakfast for dinner and dinner for breakfast? Yes please! A hearty burrito makes a brilliant brunch and in this fun weekend cooking class you’ll master our Mexican-inspired recipe so you can cook it again and again at home. The only thing you need to worry about is how spicy you make it…

What to expect

Start the weekend off in the best possible way with a Lazy brunch cooking class. We’re taking it easy in this fun 90-minute class, making sure you’ve got a delicious brunch to enjoy at the end and setting you up with all the recipes and skills you need for stress-free weekends at home.

You’ll be guided by our chefs in preparing a spicy chorizo or veggie bean filling, with smashed avocado and zingy pico de gallo salsa before wrapping it all up in a tortilla ready to fry and eat. This recipe will give you the confidence to vary the fillings as you like at home, too.

All ingredients and kit will be ready for you, plus recipes to take home after you’ve sat down with your classmates to toast your success. If there are any leftovers, you’re welcome to take those away with you, too.
