What to expect

We love cooking with ingredients when they’re at their best. Our Seasonal classes are a great way to explore produce that reflects the time of year, whether that’s fresh tender veg in spring or the orchard fruits of autumn.

There’s a wonderful array of produce on offer in autumn with the end of the summer’s bounty and the start of the earthier winter veg coming through. It’s also a great time to get back in the kitchen for hearty meals as the weather starts to turn.

During this class, you’ll join our chefs in making a starter, main and dessert which you can enjoy in class, then take your recipes home to cook again for friends and family, either on their own or as a whole autumn feast.
