Celebrate the autumn harvest with our seasonal cooking class. You’ll join us for a day of cooking with beautiful produce to create an impressive three-course menu, learning lots of skills and techniques along the way. With beetroot tarts, creamy wild mushrooms and caramelised apples on the menu, it’s a delicious way to embrace the season.
We love cooking with ingredients when they’re at their best. Our Seasonal classes are a great way to explore produce that reflects the time of year, whether that’s fresh tender veg in spring or the orchard fruits of autumn.
There’s a wonderful array of produce on offer in autumn with the end of the summer’s bounty and the start of the earthier winter veg coming through. It’s also a great time to get back in the kitchen for hearty meals as the weather starts to turn.
During this class, you’ll join our chefs in making a starter, main and dessert which you can enjoy in class, then take your recipes home to cook again for friends and family, either on their own or as a whole autumn feast.
Class starts: 10am, arrive anytime from 9.30am to check in at reception
Class finishes: 3-3.30pm, depending on lunch break and time to finish dishes
Class size: Maximum 12 guests, some elements may require working in pairs with a classmate, don’t worry if you’ve come alone – it’s a great way to meet new people and have a laugh
