What to expect

We love cooking with ingredients when they’re at their best. Our Seasonal classes are a great way to explore produce that reflects the time of year, whether that’s fresh tender veg in spring or the orchard fruits of autumn.

We think fresh produce not only tastes better, but is a better way to shop, too. This class will help you appreciate and celebrate ingredients in a new way, making the most of every element and learning new ways of cooking them to make them part of your weekly meals.

You’ll cook a few easy recipes with our chefs, with plenty of skills to learn and things to taste along the way. We can’t guarantee what ingredients you’ll cook with, but we can guarantee it’ll be delicious!
