What to expect

Our Masterclasses are the perfect opportunity for you to master one particular dish or skill, all within a relaxed 3-hour class.

Sushi making in Japan is a real art form, a craft that chefs train for years to perfect! That doesn’t mean you can’t make it at home though, and in our sushi cooking class our chefs will teach you simple ways you can make your favourite sushi again and again with ease.

Once you’re confident with the basics – making your sticky seasoned rice, rolling, filling or topping – you’ll be ready to experiment with more flavours and ingredients at home. You’ll have all your recipes from the class to help you along, too.

This is a great introduction into making your own sushi, and what's more, it's a deliciously fun way to spend a few hours!
