There’s so much to learn and discover when it comes to regional cuisines, from new flavours to age-old traditions, this is just the starting point for many more kitchen adventures to come.

Join us for the day and have a go at mastering some French classics. Our chefs will help you learn the secrets to balancing rich flavours in a soup or cassoulet, as well as the impressive baking skills needed to get a towering soufflé or picture-perfect tart.

You’ll be working with some delicious French produce (cheese of course!) and end up with recipes and skills you can keep cooking at home.
