What to expect

With our Taste of… classes we want to get you excited about some of the amazing food that’s being cooked all around the world. There’s so much to learn and discover when it comes to regional cuisines, from new flavours to age-old traditions, this is just the starting point for many more kitchen adventures to come.

Let our chefs take you through a classic Indian-style meal and help you master some easy recipes you can enjoy again and again at home. Starting with a traditional curry to get a handle on spices and layers of flavours, you’ll also whip up crispy samosas or sides, fluffy rice and cooling dips to go alongside.

Our chefs will be helping you out with lots of great cooking tips and tricks, answering all your questions, and even taking care of the washing up! All you need to do is enjoy, eat, and take home plenty of new cooking confidence.
