What to expect

Our Ultimate day classes are an amazing opportunity to really focus on one ingredient, technique or cooking style. We want you to leave full of confidence, knowing you’ve got the skills and understanding to keep cooking your own ultimate dishes at home.

A great introduction to all things fish, this class will cover filleting and preparation techniques for different types of fish, seafood and shellfish, depending on what’s best on the day. These core skills will give you confidence in working with similar types in the future and plenty of recipe and flavour inspiration, too.

There’ll be an opportunity to enjoy some of your dishes over lunch, refreshments throughout the day and your recipe pack to take home.
