What to expect

Our Ultimate day classes are an amazing opportunity to really focus on one ingredient, technique or cooking style. We want you to leave full of confidence, knowing you’ve got the skills and understanding to keep cooking your own ultimate dishes at home.

Making your own pasta is much easier than you might think. During this class you’ll master making pasta dough and try out several different methods of rolling, shaping and filling, so you can always do it at home with or without a pasta machine.

Cooked up with a seasonal sauce or filling, you’ll be able to enjoy some of your own pasta in class and have some to take home with you, too.
