If you're just starting to bake your own bread or never tried before, then this is the class for you! With crowd-pleasing focaccia and tear-and-share rolls, mastering these easy bread recipes will set you up for many more delicious bakes to come.

What to expect

Our Gordon Ramsay Baking classes are here to help take away any fears or worries when it comes to baking. Our chefs have plenty of tips and tricks to help you grow confident in every aspect of baking, whether that’s getting the perfect rise, kneading dough or adding those professional finishing touches. 

Starting out with bread-making doesn't just have to mean a plain white loaf. In this 3-hour bread class, you'll learn the essentials of making a dough and kneading, before shaping and flavouring into delicious recipes that are perfect for sharing.

Our chefs will walk you through making a simple olive oil bread dough which you can then turn into a bubbly focaccia and cheesy tear-and-share bread rolls. These breads will always go down well with friends and family, yet are easy once you know how!

We'll also make sure you have a fantastic no-knead bread recipe with a delicious wheaten bread. Similar to a soda bread, this is a quick and easy bread recipe, yet is the team's favourite for serving warm with butter and marmalade, with soup or scrambled eggs!

Class details

3-hour classes: Starting 9.30am, 11am or 1pm (please check individual booking)

Arrive up to 30 minutes before your class to check in at reception and there’s no rush at the end – you might be too busy eating your delicious dishes!

Class size: Maximum 10-12 guests, some elements may require working in pairs with a classmate, don’t worry if you’ve come alone – it’s a great way to meet new people and have a laugh

  • Filling, shaping and baking cheese and herb pull-apart rolls
