Lemon and basil iced tea
A twist on a classic, this lemon and basil iced tea is perfect for warmer weather and easy to make at home. It's simple and super refreshing. We love to serve ours over ice with a sprig of basil and slices of lemon. To add your own twist, try with peaches, raspberries, or even blueberries!

- 2-3 sprigs of basil, leaves picked, plus extra to serve
- 2 tsp sugar (to taste)
- Ice cubes, to serve
Cooking instructions
- Fill the kettle with water and bring it to the boil.
- Meanwhile, add the tea bags, lemon slices and basil to a heat-proof jug or container. Completely cover the ingredients with hot water then stir in the sugar.
