Inspired by Gordon’s classic steak recipes and techniques, this sky-high cooking class will give you an introduction to beef cuts before you practice on your own steak for a delicious lunch with a view.

Get ready for a sky-high baking masterclass at the Gordon Ramsay Academy, powered by HexClad. You'll learn how to make the perfect choux pastry, ready to pipe, bake and fill as stunning eclairs, to match the stunning view of London from the 58th floor of 22 Bishopsgate.
