What to expect

Our Gordon Ramsay Baking classes are here to help take away any fears or worries when it comes to baking. Our chefs have plenty of tips and tricks to help you grow confident in every aspect of baking, whether that’s getting the perfect rise, kneading dough or adding those professional finishing touches.

Sitting down to an afternoon tea always feels like a celebration, so what could be better than being able to make your own at home for friends and family to enjoy? In this three-hour class, our chefs will help you master some gorgeous recipes that are both delicious and impressive.

You can't have an afternoon tea without scones, so we'll make sure you leave confident in creating beautifully crumbly, buttery mini scones that can be sweet or savoury. Every afternoon tea also needs something pretty, so our chefs will show you how to make a cake or tart to impress. To finish off, there has to be something dainty and delicate so we'll teach you how to make macarons that just melt in the mouth.

You'll head home with a bag bursting with bakes, ready to host your own afternoon tea at home - all you need to worry about is the tea!
