What to expect

No time to bake? Think again. With our speedy Bake nights you can master a specific skill or bake in no time. In each short evening class, we’ll get you hands-on and baking as quickly as possible, watching and following our chef teachers as they guide you through core techniques and recipes.

Sometimes it’s the finishing touches that really make a standout meal, such as rustling up your own fluffy breads to serve alongside homemade stews, curries and kebabs. In this fun evening cookery class you’ll be kneading, shaping and baking your own bread doughs to create several different breads to take home.
