Bread-making: Brioche and doughnuts

If you've given bread-making a go, take it to the next level with sweet, enriched doughs. This 3-hour baking class will teach you how to incorporate butter and more into yeasted doughs to make rich brioche and incredible doughnuts. You'll be ready to bake these at home with your own delicious fillings and flavours.

What to expect

Our Gordon Ramsay Baking classes are here to help take away any fears or worries when it comes to baking. Our chefs have plenty of tips and tricks to help you grow confident in every aspect of baking, whether that’s getting the perfect rise, kneading dough or adding those professional finishing touches.

Mastering an enriched dough will take your bread-making skills a step further. Even if you're just starting out with breads and baking with yeast, this is the perfect opportunity to gain more confidence working with dough and to get creative with delicious sweet bakes.

Brioche and doughnuts both start with a soft, sweet dough that has added butter - making it tricky (and sticky!) to work with but resulting in gorgeously rich bakes.

In this class you'll learn about incorporating these additional ingredients into the dough and shaping into classic brioche and doughnuts, ready for baking and frying. You'll end up with loads to take home - it's up to you if you want to share them!
