What to expect

We think cooking together is the best way to learn, supporting your young cooks and bakers as you both try out new skills and recipes with our chefs. In our Cook together classes, each booking includes a place for an adult and child in a small class where you’ll get hands-on, creating delicious treats to take home and learning techniques you can practise together, too.

Making sushi is so much fun to do together - everyone can have a go at rolling, shaping and layering their own rice and fillings. Stuff with veggie sticks or top with fresh fish, add a little chilli or keep it plain as you like. Once mastered, these simple rolls and bites are perfect for lunchboxes, whether that's for school, lunch or a family picnic.

This class is a great introduction to sushi for even the youngest chefs. We find little fingers are perfect for shaping the sticky rice and getting creative with flavours - a fantastic lead for all the adults in class, too!
