Seasonal, plant-based and definitely delicious, we think pasta-making should be your new Christmas tradition! Join our chefs to learn how to make vegan pasta (a really easy egg-free dough) with a creamy squash sauce in this fun, festive cooking class.

What to expect

Our Christmas cooking classes are not only the perfect opportunity to have some festive fun in the kitchen with friends and loved ones, but will also set you up with essential recipes and new ideas to make this Christmas the most delicious one yet.

This seasonal pasta dish is the perfect one to start your pasta-making journey on. You'll join our chefs in the kitchens for just 90 minutes to mix up an egg-free pasta dough, learn how to roll your own pasta, whizz up a creamy vegan sauce and serve up a gorgeous bowl with crisp garnishes. All ready for you to sit down with a glass of wine and enjoy your meal together, or to pack up and take home if you prefer. 

You'll be sure to pick up plenty of essential cooking tips and tricks along the way, as well as having a laugh and embracing sensational seasonal flavours. 

Class details

Class starts: 6.30pm, arrive anytime from 6pm to check in at reception

Class finishes: 8pm, stay to dine with your class or take home the dishes you’ve made

Class size: Maximum 12 guests, some elements may require working in pairs with a classmate, don’t worry if you’ve come alone – it’s a great way to meet new people and have a laugh

Typical recipes and skills (we’ll cook the best available on the day, so we might surprise you!):

  • How to make egg-free pasta dough (suitable for vegans)
  • Creamy (dairy-free and vegan) butternut squash sauce with chestnuts, crispy sage and toppings
