What to expect

Learn, laugh and enjoy a delicious dinner (and a glass of wine!) with our evening masterclasses. You’ll be spending the whole evening with us at the Academy, but it will only take 90 minutes to master a new recipe and pick up some essential skills. Then sit down, relax and tuck in… cheers!

Our chefs will pack a lot into this speedy evening class, from mixing, shaping and cooking your lamb and beef koftas or some delicious marinated meaty skewers to baking flatbreads and whipping up a tahini sauce or simple salad and pickle, all ready for you to eat in class or take away with you.

We’ve got everything you need sorted, including the washing up and of course, all the recipes from class for you to take home.
