Learn how to make doughnuts in this baking masterclass – from the perfect fluffy dough to deliciously indulgent fillings and toppings, you’ll have all the skills for doughnuts whenever you want.

What to expect

Our Masterclasses are the perfect opportunity for you to master one particular dish or skill, all within a relaxed 3-hour class.

Making doughnuts involves lots of essential baking skills so is a great place to start. Our chefs will take you step-by-step through making a sweet, yeasted dough, kneading, proving and frying your doughnuts, plus how to make some classic fillings such as crème pâtissière or chocolate ganache.

Finishing class with a box of gorgeous, and delicious, doughnuts to take home, the hardest part will be deciding if you can bare to share them with anyone… at least you’ll have your recipes and techniques ready to bake them again and again.

Class details

3-hour classes: Starting 9.30am, 11am or 1pm (please check individual booking)

Arrive up to 30 minutes before your class to check in at reception and there’s no rush at the end – you might be too busy eating your delicious dishes!

Class size: Maximum 10-12 guests, some elements may require working in pairs with a classmate, don’t worry if you’ve come alone – it’s a great way to meet new people and have a laugh
