What to expect

Gordon loves getting his children involved in the kitchen, meaning they’ve grown up really excited and inspired by food. Our Junior chef classes are a great opportunity for young cooks to get stuck in and have fun trying out new things.

Learning to cook for friends is a great skill and will help children and teens grow in confidence and become more independent. Pizza and chocolate is always a great combination and being able to make these from scratch, on their own, is sure to make any young chef in high demand.

Although simple dishes, these recipes cover a lot of skills that make great cooking foundations – basic bread-making with pizza dough that could turn into any number of loaves or flatbreads, simple tomato sauce that could equally go with pasta, meat or fish, and chocolate treats that are great for decorating and sharing! Because everyone needs a nibble of something sweet to finish movie night!
